We are sharing the design concept of Garden court, Antartis, thoughtfully crafted to respond to the site’s natural topography and environmental conditions.
The site is characterized by a natural slope towards the eastern side, and this topographical feature has been effectively utilized in the planning of the development. The terrain allows each row of villas to be positioned at different levels, ensuring that every unit enjoys uninterrupted valley views without any hindrances. Since the villas on the opposite side are placed at lower levels, this configuration enhances privacy while creating a seamless “infinity view” of the surrounding landscape. This approach distinguishes the project from conventional villa layouts, where units are typically arranged on both sides of a road, often limiting views and privacy. The layout has been carefully achieved through strategic planning of site contours, road networks, and villa placement.
Premium villas are positioned at higher elevations to maximize privacy and provide superior panoramic views. Similarly, common amenities are also located at elevated levels, ensuring that all residents can access and experience enhanced views and scenic surroundings. The clubhouse serves as the primary focal point of the development and features an infinity pool oriented towards the valley. Additional amenities include a guest lounge, gymnasium, indoor games area, children’s play area, and a community hall, each thoughtfully organized across different levels for functional efficiency.
The community hall opens onto a landscaped ground that acts as a multipurpose space for indoor and outdoor gatherings, meetings, and celebrations. This open ground can also be used for recreational activities such as soccer, badminton, and similar sports. An amphitheater is integrated into the common area, providing a dedicated space for performances, social gatherings, and community events. Adjacent to this is a large landscaped park featuring shaded tree-lined pathways, seating areas, and a jogging track. This zone is intentionally designed to be slightly secluded from the main activity areas, offering a comfortable environment for relaxation, particularly for elderly residents.
The internal road network is designed with a width of 7 meters to accommodate smooth vehicular movement, along with a dedicated pedestrian pathway on one side. All service lines and drainage systems are planned underground to maintain a clean and organized external environment.
With respect to the individual villa design, climatic considerations have been carefully integrated. Larger openings are provided on the northeast side to allow ample natural light while minimizing exposure to harsh sunlight. The living areas feature double-height spaces with large openings, enabling abundant daylight penetration and enhancing spatial quality. This design also allows natural light to reach the upper floor, where an additional living space is vertically connected to the lower level, creating a sense of openness and continuity.
The dining areas are designed with direct access to outdoor patios through large openings, enabling a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces while allowing residents to engage with the surrounding landscape. Each villa is also provided with two dedicated car parking spaces, catering to the practical needs of modern homeowners.
The project offers residents a distinctive address where privacy, panoramic views, and community converge in perfect balance.
