Mr. Ibrahimkutty Kozhikkoden is a highly accomplished leader in the real estate industry, with over 20 years of experience and an impressive portfolio of landmark developments across the Malabar region. His career is marked by consistent growth and significant achievements, including constructing the tallest iconic apartment building in Kottakkal in 2011 and owning the tallest building in Malappuram. As Chairman of Antartis Developers Pvt. Ltd., he led the creation of Calicut’s largest villa community, the Silver Hills Residential Project, showcasing his innovative vision. His leadership extends to over 15 successful projects spanning residential, commercial, and educational sectors, including the well-known Gem Ford School in Malappuram district. Additionally, he serves as Vice Chairman of HAIMS Ventures LLP, focusing on high-tech farming in South India. His approach seamlessly combines strategic insight with a profound understanding of evolving lifestyles, consistently delivering spaces of exceptional quality and purpose. He is respected within the Malabar builders’ community for blending creative vision with technical expertise in every project. As the Managing Director of Antartis Developers Pvt. Ltd. and a Designated Partner at Fila Developers LLP, he leads with clear direction and a focus on excellence. He also manages HAIMS Ventures LLP, a leading hi-tech integrated farm in South India, demonstrating his leadership abilities. He is the key driver behind flagship projects like the largest villa community in Calicut, Silverhill Silver Hills, and the ongoing second-largest community, Garden Court residential community. Ar. Sebins masterfully marries architectural sophistication with innovative, purposeful living, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a clear vision for the future.
